SPRING HAS SPRUNG 2019

Spring has sprung and if you’re pretty much anywhere in the great Houston area which is also known as the Piney Woods pollen is everywhere.  With this pollen we have been having some allergy problems and speaking of problems I heard they finally put out that oil tanker fire in Deer Park.

More importantly if you are in the market for a home this is a perfect time–homes are coming on the market, but they are also going off the market daily sooooo you need to get your game plan in place and get moving if you’re looking to buy a home.  If you are looking to sell your home, you’re not behind yet, but you will be if you wait a couple weeks.

It’s time to get you outside and do some planting, so your landscaping pops and you get that nice color.  Maybe a firecracker bush maybe some pansies, maybe some marigolds. I’m just throwing out some pretty color flowers.  I have no idea if spring is the right season for these plants. I don’t have a green thumb but I respect the hard work of those that do.   The point is BRING ON THE COLOR.

Let’s remember the front of your home is the first thing that buyers see so make that first impression count.  Buyers if you see the front of the home is beautifully taken care of odds are the inside has been taken care of as well.  Sellers, don’t forget that buyers DO look for the small details, the things that show them that you take care of your home.  They want your home to be their next home, take the time, put in the work and plant that spring COLOR.
