You cannot turn back the clock, but you can wind it up again.

Great Quote for 2019 that I hope will help you to live life to the Fullest. ScottCulberson.com

I have the same insight as hundreds of millions of people have right now. Welcome 2021 and I don’t every want to see 2020 again. So it’s time to rewind your clock. Take time to take stock of what’s important in your life. Chart your new path, sharpen your chainsaw and start sawing down the trees that are in your way. We have learned a lot in the past year probably the most we collectively as a planet have ever learned. I won’t bore you with the life lessons, you know what they are and you can fill in the blanks.

I am who I am, son, brother, husband, father, real estate instructor, real estate broker associate, mentor and positive influencer on the lives I am honored to be a part of.

It IS going to be a good year. I deem it so and you should too.

Please reach out to be if I can help you to…

October 2020

The saying goes blink and you might miss it and that sums up October, blink and it will be over, and then the election, then Thanksgiving and the 2021 will be here. Hopefully 2021 will be a better year for everyone. So I was looking at some interesting numbers for bot the Woodlands and the Magnolia area. The statistic I was looking at was Days to sell, average. October is tracking to be around 47 days to sell. What is interesting about that is January was around 75 and July was around 62. The Woodlands and Magnolia are tracking within a couple of points from each other. So what does that mean….homes are selling fast–YES, YOU GOT IT, but also what this statistic could point to is the lack of inventory. Homes are not staying on the market unless they are over-priced, bad location or poor condition. Sooooo, it’s a sellers market and if your looking to sell you still need a top notch agent. (clearing throat sound here) Hint, hint. Selling your home in a sellers market has a unique set of challenges, it’s not all rainbows and unicorns. If you are trying to buy, patience is your virtue. Their may not be much out there but that doesn’t mean you have to buy a pig with lip stick on it—-it’s still a pig. Give me a shout I would love to help you to…

An Excerpt From my Book: Jack and Jill Go Up the Home Ownership Hill

Something a little different…an Excerpt From my Book: Jack and Jill Go Up the Home Ownership Hill:

“We return to our heroes Jack and Jill, with Jack returning from his monthly visit to the doctor.  “Jill, I’m back, Jill,”  shouted Jack as he entered their tiny condominium. “Yes Jack, I know you’re home, I could hear you when you walked up, through these paper-thin walls,”  said Jill crossly. “SOOO, get on with it, how was your appointment with Doctor Foster,”  enquired Jill?  “He told me that, yes, indeed, I have a brain and it appears to be mended.  ANNNNNND, no more monthly visits,”  Jack smiled.  “Perfect, Jack, it’s time for us to dive into our next check point,”  said Jill eagerly.  And this is what they read:

[ ]Chapter 5 Keep AN OPEN MIND

When you are searching for your next home you MUST keep an OPEN MIND. Unfortunately, your next home will not come alive and tell you, “I’m the perfect home for you,” while trumpets play, and confetti falls from the sky.  You will pick your next home by taking the time to research and visit the homes.  It is kind of like an interview process…you will interview many before you find the best fit for your needs…”
